The Cardozo Journal of Equal Rights and Social Justice is accepting submissions for Volume 32!
CJERSJ publishes three issues per year with Articles and Notes within the purview of Equal Rights and Social Justice. This can manifest in a variety of different disciplines, including but not limited to: employment law, human rights, civil rights, race, diversity, immigration, first amendment issues, gender, sexuality, voting rights, family and children, education, healthcare, and related jurisprudence. We seek well-written and well-researched Articles on topics that promote intersectional legal scholarship. In order to be considered for publication for Issue 1, please submit by July 1st at the latest, although offers are made on a rolling basis.
